Our Biscoff cake is made up of many indulgent components - a refined flavor of ground Lotus Biscoff Cookies incorporated into the cake batter, a delectably crunchy cookie crumble, and a smooth, creamy white chocolate buttercream. To top it off we gave the cake our signature show-stopping eye appeal with a white chocolate drip and added MORE Biscoff cookies!
